Carcase/Shelves

18mm Chipboard faced and edged with white Ash woodgrain melamine. All shelves are adjustable using shelf supports with sleeves.

Backs

3.2mm Hardboard faced with White Ash woodgrain melamine, grooved into the gables, supported with softwood battens (set forward 100mm from actual wall to provide natural service duct/

Drawers

12mm Birch plywood sides with 6mm Birch plywood bottoms pinned and glued together, sprayed with a satin lacquer finish and running on metal roller guides.

Plinth

18mm WBP plywood faced with a laminate in a choice of 3 colours (black, brown or grey).

Exposed Gables, Filler Pieces and Front Frame Work

18mm Chipboard faced and edged with White Ash woodgrain melamine, as per carcase.

Hinges

180 degree Blum, nickel plated, fully adjustable.

Handles

A choice of 8 handles: Chrome Shell Handle, Chrome D-Handle, Normbau plastic D-Handles in a choice of 6 colours: Blue, Green, Grey, Black, Red and Brown.

Locks

Lowe and Fletcher cylinder lock.

Trays

Plastic injected moulded tray, size 312mm x 427mm in 2 depths 77mm or 158mm in a variety of colours.

Doors

Option one: 18mm Chipboard bonded to coloured laminate and balanced with a matching White Ash woodgrain laminate, with the two vertical edges post formed and the two remaining edges matched with a coloured laminate.

Option two: 18mm Chipboard edged all round with a 18mm x 12mm Ash lipping and covered with a coloured laminate on the front face and balanced with a matching White Ash woodgrain laminate.

A routed edge profile can be added to enhance the appearance.
